We have been producing effective & reliable industrial bakery equipment since 1984.
At Dowson, engineering comes first—so we hire people who love solving real problems and building things that last.
Our teams design, build, and install advanced process equipment end to end—concept, design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning. You’ll work with modern and traditional tools, tight tolerances, and real-world constraints, collaborating across disciplines to deliver machines that make a difference.
If you want challenging projects, practical responsibility, and the chance to keep learning while moving your career forward, Dowson is the place to do it.
